Where it began
Adult education and multilingual learners.
My work began in adult education, helping multilingual learners build the skills to enter the workforce and succeed in new environments. That experience taught me to look beyond the content and ask what people need to move forward.
Today
Human needs, practical systems.
Today, I bring that same perspective to organizational learning. I design experiences, improve platforms, and create the structures that help learners and the teams supporting them succeed. My work connects human needs with practical systems, from blended curricula to global onboarding and learning platform governance.
